Sonoma Coast State Park has two standard campgrounds and two primitive environmental campgrounds:
Wright's Beach Campground

Situated right on the edge of Wright's Beach, the campground is a popular destination. The sound of the surf lulls campers to sleep. Early morning walks on the beach are only steps away.

There are no showers at Wright's Beach Campground, but campers are permitted to drive down to Bodega Dunes Campground and use the showers there. The campground has no hook-ups for RVs. A dump station is located at Bodega Dunes Campground. During times when the campgrounds are crowded, an overflow area is available for self-contained RVs.

- Restrooms, hot shower
- Picnic table, fire ring, paved parking spur
